At YardFathers we take each request for project information seriously, so our initial consultations are conducted on-site by a design consultant.
Our initial site evaluation requires a $400 fee, and includes the following:
- An In-Depth Landscape Design Plan
- A 3D Rendering of Your Design
- A Detailed, Written Estimate for Your Build
The site evaluation fee acts as deposit, and 100% of the fee is put toward your construction cost upon the signing your final contract.
